RETURN POLICY
We do not exchange or provide refunds once the order is processed. Please check our size chart before making an order. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct.
NATIONAL SHIPPING
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing of all orders.
Free shipping for orders over $9,800 Mexican pesos.
Domestic shipping is $200 Mexican pesos thru FedEx.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for and do not refund lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, weather, or other circumstances out of our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders will be shipped thru FedEx. Prices may change according to your delivery address.
Certain countries have longer processing times. Your country of residence may require you to pay customs / duty charges in order to receive your order. Springtime Wishes is not responsible for payment or reimbursement of customs and duty charges.
By law, we cannot change the value of orders on commercial invoices or mark items as a gift. If your items are abandoned (not returned to sender) due to your refusal or inability to pay the customs charges, you will not be eligible for a refund on your order.
